How it works
- One listing, many spacesTell us how many cars fit at once. Bookings fill the spaces automatically and stop when the lot is full.
- Your hours, your monthsEvenings and weekends only, weekdays 7 to 7, or split days. Add a monthly price and rent those hours to the same drivers every month: a nights & weekends pass for an office lot, or 24/7 for a church lot.
- You keep 95%Paid straight to your bank through Stripe after each booking. Statements for every payout, CSV for your books.
- Access stays privateGate codes and directions go only to drivers who've paid, and stop working a day after their booking ends.
- Verified drivers, rated both waysEvery driver has a card on file and a plate on the booking. You rate them; other hosts see the rating.
What a lot earns
In San Francisco a monthly driver pays about $150 to $325 a month depending on the neighborhood. Ten spaces at a church in the Mission, rented at $200, are about $1,900 a month after ParkMoose's fee. Hourly bookings on event nights come on top.
Estimates, not promises. Earnings depend on demand near you. Check your lease, HOA rules and local rules on renting parking before you list; you confirm the space is yours to rent when you publish.
